So, What don’t you know?
Why Do I need a Co-Pilot?
Business owners and business leaders often wear too many hats. All are important but impossible to juggle effectively once a business reaches a certain size.
It makes sense that doing everything yourself, initially helps you to feel in control and there is a lot to be said for knowing something is being done the way YOU want it to be. But answer me this… is that sustainable? Is that approach conducive to growing your brand and doing more of the work you love… or… dare I even ask it… does it allow you to take time off occasionally?
Having a Co-pilot, a right hand person, a “doer” is like having a business Swiss army knife to do what’s needed, when it’s needed as your requirements change. You focus on being the master of your trade.
You may well need admin support one week, a sales and operational exec the following week. Then there is that new project kicking off that you don’t have time to manage yourself, your bookkeeping needs to be processed and flights booking for trade shows or family holidays on semi-regular basis.
A Co-Pilot (or this one, at least) provides you with these services and much more with complete flexibility, allowing you and your team to focus on the future. And if the requirement is outside the our area of expertise, we will ALWAYS be happy to put you in touch directly, with someone more suited to help you.
What is it like working with a Co-Pilot?
It’s unlikely that you started your business with a view to working 24/7 for the rest of your days. To grow and progress you need support, time and the mental capacity to be looking ahead.
We will work with you, exercising complete discretion and encouraging you to use your time and skills more effectively. We want to help you enjoy what you do, have a successful business and take some well deserved, and needed time to yourself!
Isn’t outsourcing an Expensive option?
No! Actually, in most cases working with a contractor or freelancer is the more cost-effective option. Avoiding costly recruitment fees and the overheads associated with permanent staff. If I’m not working for you, there is nothing to pay…. holidays, sickness, down time during the quieter months… you no longer bear the burden of those costs.
